I think not, just between working doubles and taking care of this chihuahua, bunny and six cats my available time is usually squandered with just trying to relax. Helps I haven’t been able to think of any new and original content for a while as well.

Remember how mowing the yard was typically a boring but yet quickly done and easy task when you were a child?

Then you move out of your parents home into an apartment where you have no grass to worry about. After a few/several years pass you buy a house with a yard you gotta mow yourself. You think “Man, this ain’t as easy as it used to be!” That 88 degrees used to be a walk in the park, now its giving you a heat stroke and giving you attacks of the heart.

Yeah, you remember that now and curse the day you chose not to buy a riding lawnmower with a fan and a cooler and two cup holders.

Oh, why hello there 12:00 pm, how are you? I’m fine here thanks for asking.

Did you know that I’ve only had about 4 hours of sleep? I know! It’s amazing. This kind of happens when you get off work at 2 am, have nothing to do in the dead of the night and don’t actually get to bed until 6 am because you watched infomercials.

My math is wrong Noon? No way man, I’m certain it’s four hours I get because you see my wife wakes up around 7:45-8am to go to work and it wakes me up for about an hour. The other hour I lose? Well that’s because I wake up at 11am and lay in bed until you come to greet me Mr. Noon.

Really? Yeah I’ve tried that, I just can’t sleep past noon at the latest, too bright and the cats and dogs know they need to be petted. Yes they do, have youu ever had a herd of cats? When they’re up, thay are fracking up and will not let you do anything else cause it’s their time.

Well I do suppose it is about that time that I roll out of bed and take a shower and start working on the pool to ensure its consistently clean. I’ll talk with you again tomorrow Noon, when I head out to turn in my Golden Pegasus Pin, until then au revior!

New schedule at work due to “Virtualization.” Here I thought I was an “old dog” having worked for this company for 5 years, turns out that of the now 40 escalation team members I’m ranked 26th in seniority alone.

What does this mean for yours truely, well my droogies I shall be commencing the ol’ inout inout much later in the evening than the norm and my time driving the durango number 95 to the Malika bar will be in the early afternoon. With the late evening shift though hopefully I’ll see less of the red red croovy flowing in the lights of the fire sky.

On that notes, time for me to head on out for the day, so I’ll catch ya’ll niggas on the flip side!

New hours: 5pm-2am, off Monday and Tuesday, forealz son.

The other site is going through it’s initial redesign phase, working on getting some php scripting cleaned up and written how I like it. Then on to figuring out how to get the galleries up and running there. BUT FIRST! I’ma gonna order meself some pizza.

Yeah, I really don’t see it happening. I’m scheduled from 530pm to 630pm, but with my location (Dorsey lane/Hourstbourne ln/Ormsby station area) it’ll take me an hour to reach anything other than Mcdonalds.

I am content however, watching Snake on a James, I mean Plane in the breakroom. Best movie ever!

I just recommended to our center director that he watch this movie when he has a chance, he’s never seen it! Zomg! Snakes on a motherfucking plane!!

Well my lunch is almost over, time to grab a cup of water and slowly walk back to my desk.

Here I am in the parking lot at work, two hours early. Why you might ask, well it’s simply because now I must run all errands before my shift starts.

Previously I worked from 6 AM to 3 PM, now I’m working 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM. Before I could do almost anything I needed as soon as I was off with no worries of running out of time, but since most things in this town shutdown at 9 PM or earlier my routine has been greatly interupted. At 10 am I had to go to bank, go to gas station go to rental office one last time and then on to grab breakfast. With everything being all over various point of the Metro, I had no choice but to rush to each location for fear of traffic and delays, the result, I’m at work at 11:25 am, 2 hours and 5 minutes prior to my new start time.

So this I charge to you, my home, my love, the metro city of Louisville/Jefferson County, work to incorporate retailers to remain open until midnight or later at least 6 days a week. I may want to read a new book at night that I heard about that day, I may want a smoothie to at 1 am to calm my thoughts and nerves after work. Maybe a couple rounds of bowling to wind down until 3 am?

Just look at the number of 24 hour factories/plants/major employers there are here in the ‘Ville, why no love for those of us who are not your standard nine-to-fivers?

Long time no see, past 6 months have been a real…. *headache* We adopted the neice, sent her back, I was promoted twice, we bought a home, moved, and are still unpacking. Soon once I actually hook my pc back up I’ll pick this back up again, hopefully just after the new year, on top of re-imaging my other site since the buyer for it backed out.
